Madrid only lost because they were terrible fitness wise, they took the game to lyon in the first and just fell apart in the end, I think we have a dam good chance now, stamina is'nt gonna hold us back, it will all come down to defensive stability

v-redd, I've never seen Szczesny, but all I can say is that I don't ever want to see Fabianski play for us again, and Almunia I rate as a back-up, but not first choice keeper. Personally I prefer Manone to Almunia and Fabianski.

The next round should be more difficult, but we are definitely an improving side. Theo, Bendtner and Arshavin are starting to hit their strides.

Yes, I was regretting not going up 3-0 at halfime, but really a better team would have scored against us, and also consider that their two goals in the first leg were extremely irregular.

i was very worried about this match.....i felt losing may have been a bit of a reality, as porto are a very good and very fast squad very capable of the counter, and coming in to the game we had to attack, so this may have left us exposed to the counter, as was the case in the most recent Utd and Chelski losses
